20th China Joy | Gaming to AI and more - what to expect in July

The official Press Conference for the 20th ChinaJoy 2023 was held in Shanghai recently to highlight the upcoming showcase of the event. ChinaJoy 2023 is set to take place from July 28 to July 31 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.

Zhang Yijun, Wang Yayuan and Wu Jun delivered speeches respectively. Tang Jiajun introduced in detail the safety and security measures to be taken for ChinaJoy 2023 in terms of content display, site management, publicity style and so on. Han Zhihai gave a detailed introduction to the scale of ChinaJoy 2023, the preparation of various activities, and the highlights of this event.

So far, the exhibition has received registrations from nearly 500 exhibitors, both domestic and international, representing 22 countries and regions. Over 100 of these exhibitors are foreign-funded enterprises from 19 countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Belgium, Germany, Russia, France, South Korea, the Netherlands, Canada, the United States, Japan, Sweden, Uruguay, Singapore, Israel, India, Indonesia, Britain, and Vietnam. These foreign enterprises make up 30% of the total exhibitors.

It is expected that thousands of overseas professional visitors will come to China to attend the event, further solidifying its internationalization, professionalism, and authority.

ChinaJoy's joint activity, China Game Developers Conference, will also host a special sub-forum on AI, inviting global experts to discuss the possible impact of AI technologies on game and digital entertainment innovations. Hundreds of online games from home and abroad are expected to debut in Shanghai during the expo as well. Hundreds of new games will be intensively released onsite, and many of which will officially debut at the event. According to the organizing committee, Netease Games will unveil a number of new games during the Expo. In addition, Migu's WENT: Refactor, UP Interactive Interpretation and Panda Café; Giant Network's ZT Original, Super Sus and Dragon and the End of the World; Shiyue.com's new version of Chang'an Fantasy and Eternal Night: Recovery; 4399's Star Patrol Guard and Unparalleled FRUITY ROBO; Tiancity.com's MapleStory M and many other new games are planning to make their debut at ChinaJoy 2023.

Over 300 renowned leaders and experts from the digital entertainment industry will convene at this event to share their insights through keynote speeches, seminars, and collaborative discussions.
