Mettlestate To Host The WESG Southern African Qualifiers
Founded in 2016, WESG is currently running its 2nd season in 2017. The most important difference with other tournaments is the concept of “one-nation teams”, which means that players from one country can participate in one team. These circumstances make for an interesting tournament for the audience, who can cheer for their favorite player or their own country. This also makes it interesting for the players, as they have an opportunity to try new mixes and unexpected rosters.
And the amazing esports broadcasting team at Mettlestate will be hosting the ZA qualifiers.
Sign-ups will soon be opened for African players across all regions and comes with the chance to win a trip for you or your team to attend the WESG World Finals in China. The offline qualifiers will be separated into two regions, Northern and Southern Africa, with each region getting just one qualifier spot each.
