One of the most anticipated titles DOOM Eternal is almost here, the much-loved shooter by id Software will invade our consoles on March 20th. GET READY TO RAZE HELL

DOOM Eternal will be “split” into two separate downloads covering both game modes. The single-player campaign will have a download size of around 39 GB, while the multiplayer component of the title (Battle Mode) will occupy around 36 GB. So in total, the game will need around 75 GB of space on your Xbox One.

No confirmation of the size on PC or PlayStation 4 as yet, however, you can expect it to be around the same size. Also to note that players who pre-order the standard version on the Xbox Store or PlayStation Store will receive the Rip and Tear pack:

  • Digital copy of DOOM 64
  • Revenant Skin
  • Cultist Base Master Level
  • Throwback ShotgunWeapon Skin

DOOM Eternal sees players return to Earth in order to stave off a demonic invasion.

“As the DOOM Slayer, you return to find Earth has suffered a demonic invasion,” reads the official description. “RAZE HELL and discover the Slayer’s origins and his enduring mission to rip and tear…until it is done. Experience the ultimate combination of speed and power as you battle your way across dimensions with the next leap in push-forward, first-person combat.”

Whatever the file size I am ready to Rip & Tear, are you? Let us know in the comments.
